Services

DJ Expanse provides professional DJ services for various events, including but not limited to parties, clubs, community events, and weddings. Our offerings include sound systems, lighting, music consultation, and other event-related services as described on our website.

Booking and Payment

  1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when a signed contract and the required deposit are received.
  2. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event.
  3. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon in the contract.
  4. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the event, the full balance is due.

Client Responsibilities

  1. Event Details: Clients must provide accurate event details, including date, time, location, and specific requirements, at least 30 days before the event.
  2. Venue Requirements: Clients must ensure the venue meets all technical requirements for the DJ setup, including power supply and space for equipment.
  3. Permits and Licenses: Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses required for the event.

DJ Expanse Responsibilities

  1. Professionalism: DJ Expanse will provide a professional DJ to perform at the event, ensuring high-quality music and entertainment.
  2. Equipment: DJ Expanse will supply all necessary DJ equipment, sound systems, and lighting as agreed upon in the contract.
  3. Setup and Breakdown: DJ Expanse will handle the setup and breakdown of equipment, ensuring timely arrival and departure from the event.

Limitations of Liability

  1. Force Majeure: DJ Expanse is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or governmental restrictions.
  2. Equipment Failure: While we maintain our equipment to the highest standards, DJ Expanse is not responsible for any equipment failure during the event. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues promptly.
  3. Personal Injury and Property Damage: DJ Expanse is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during the event.

Use of Website and Content

  1. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of DJ Expanse and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
  2. User Conduct: Users must not engage in any conduct that may harm the website, Services, or other users. This includes but is not limited to uploading harmful content, attempting to access restricted areas, or disrupting the functionality of the website.
